Sleek Ride Solutions

For providers

Privacy policy.

Effective April 22, 2026

Draft — pending attorney review.

This page is a plain-English starter draft. Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC hasn’t cleared it with counsel yet. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Before any binding transaction (purchase, insurance policy, service agreement), this page will be finalized by a licensed attorney.

The 60-second summary

You apply to partner with us. We verify your business + insurance, create your provider account, route pre-paid customer bookings to you, and pay you out via Stripe Connect. The data we hold on you is what's needed for those steps — nothing more.

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your contact info with other shops.
  • Your customer history is yours. We don't resell it.
  • Your bank account info lives at Stripe, not on our servers.

Who this applies to

This policy covers data we collect about you as a partner shop (or applicant) on the Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC platform via sleekridesolutions.com and the connected provider portal at /provider/*. It is the partner-side counterpart to the consumer privacy policy at sleekride.com/privacy, which governs the customer experience.

What we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Application data — legal business name, DBA, owner/contact name, email, phone, business city + state, years in business, website, services offered, free-text notes.
  • Verification documents — copies of your business license, certificate of insurance, and any sample work photos or facility photos you upload.
  • Coverage choices — the zips you cover, the tier you picked per zip (Standard / Priority / Exclusive), your home zip designation.
  • Booking + work data — every job you accept, decline, complete, or cancel; the photos you upload during work; your status updates; in-app messages between you and the customer.
  • Communications with us — emails, support tickets, notes from phone calls during vetting or ongoing support.

Information collected automatically

  • Account activity — sign-in timestamps, IP addresses for security purposes, session activity in the provider portal.
  • Analytics — page views, button clicks, and other usage events captured via PostHog. Used for improving the platform; never sold.
  • Error monitoring — when something breaks, we capture the error + the page you were on via Sentry so we can fix it. Sensitive form values are scrubbed.

Information collected by Stripe

Stripe handles all banking + identity verification for your payouts. Bank account numbers, routing numbers, government-issued IDs, and tax info you submit during Stripe Connect onboarding go directly to Stripe — they don't pass through or live on our servers. We see metadata (account ID, payout status, whether onboarding is complete) but never the underlying numbers.

How we use it

  • Vet your application. We verify license, insurance, references, and sample work to decide whether you join the network.
  • Route jobs to you. Coverage data + tier choices drive which bookings land in your dashboard.
  • Pay you out. Booking completion + Stripe Connect together transfer your share to your bank.
  • Run the in-app messaging between you and the customer for the duration of their job.
  • Send transactional emails + SMS — new job notifications, payout confirmations, account events. You can opt out of marketing email; transactional is required for the platform to function.
  • Handle disputes. If a customer disputes a charge, we may need to share booking + photo data with Stripe as evidence.
  • Improve the platform. Aggregated + de-identified usage data informs product changes.
  • Comply with the law. Tax reporting (1099s when applicable), responding to lawful subpoenas, etc.

Stripe Connect + your banking info

Your payout setup uses Stripe Connect Express. You complete Stripe's hosted onboarding (KYC, bank account, tax info) in their flow, not ours.

  • We can see: your Connect account ID, whether onboarding is complete, charges-enabled / payouts-enabled flags, transfer history, payout history, and dispute events that arrive via webhook.
  • We cannot see: your full bank account number, your government-issued ID, your tax ID, or any other regulated financial data Stripe holds.
  • Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Who we share it with

  • Customers — receive your in-app messages and the booking-related photos you upload. Your name, email, phone are not shown — they see the SleekRide brand and contact you through us.
  • Stripe — for payouts, identity verification, and dispute handling.
  • Service providers we use to run the platform: Supabase (database + storage), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting), Mapbox (maps), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring).
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required (subpoena, court order, etc.). We push back on overly broad requests where appropriate.
  • A buyer of the business if SleekRide is ever sold. Per the /about page, no sale is planned, but if circumstances changed, your data would transfer with the platform.

Selling your data

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with data brokers. We don't use it to build cross-platform advertising audiences.

We particularly do not share your contact info or your customer history with other shops in the network or with outside lead-gen platforms. The customer history visible in your dashboard is yours alone.

Your choices and rights

  • See what we have. Email main@sleekride.com from the address on your provider account and we'll send you a copy of the personal data we hold on you within 30 days.
  • Correct it.Most fields are editable in your provider settings. For things you can't edit yourself, email us.
  • Delete your account. Email us to close your provider account. We delete account-level data; completed-booking records are retained for tax + dispute purposes (typically 7 years) per legal requirements.
  • Opt out of marketing email. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional email (job notifications, payout confirmations) is required and cannot be opted out without closing your account.
  • Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP to any SMS from us. Same caveat for transactional alerts.

How we protect it

Practical safeguards we run today:

  • HTTPS on every page.
  • Database access is row-level-security gated — you can only read + write rows tied to your provider account.
  • Passwords are hashed at the auth layer (never stored in plain text).
  • Sensitive financial data (bank info, tax info) lives at Stripe, not on our servers.
  • File uploads (license, insurance, photos) go to a private bucket with signed-URL access only.
  • Error reporting (Sentry) scrubs sensitive form values before transmission.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs, we notify affected providers within the timeframe required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

  • Application data — kept for the life of your account, plus 2 years after closure for fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Booking + payout records — retained 7 years for tax + dispute purposes.
  • In-app messages — retained for the life of the booking + 2 years for support purposes.
  • Analytics + error logs — typically 90 days at the source provider; aggregated trend data retained indefinitely.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll email every active provider at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor wording cleanups happen without notice; the effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
