Every approved provider gets their home zip free on the Standard tier. From there, layer extra zips, Priority routing, or full Exclusive lock-up wherever it pencils out for your shop.

All numbers below are platform placeholders for the testing phase. Final pricing confirmed before any provider is billed.

    Routing

    First look at every job in your Priority zips, before any Standard provider in that zip sees it.

    Routing

    Sole provider in your Exclusive zips for that service. 100% of leads route to you.

    Routing

    Exclusive beats everything. If the Exclusive provider declines, the lead either waits or cascades — configurable per zip.

    Shops who want to lock down a market and price their work accordingly.

Platform fee

On top of zip subscriptions, a small per-booking cut.

Every completed booking transfers your share to your bank minus the SleekRide platform fee. The fee is tier-dependent — pay a small monthly subscription on a zip to lower your per-booking cut there.

On Standard zips

Insurance brokers

Insurance runs on a prepaid lead fund — not the platform fee above.

Sleek Ride isn't a licensed insurance agency, so we don't collect commissions. Brokers pay per delivered lead from a prepaid wallet. The broker who wins the customer's pick binds the policy off-platform + gets paid directly by the carrier.

Every dollar you pay on an insurance coverage subscription ($1 Standard / $8 Priority / $35 Exclusive per zip/mo) automatically credits your lead wallet. Your subscription does double duty as lead budget.

Tier cascade + bad-lead refunds

Leads route Exclusive → Priority → Standard → Crossroads fallback, with 24-hour rounds. Every broker who receives a lead pays for it — no auto-refund to losing brokers. Bad leads (bad contact info, duplicate, out of scope) are refunded via ops approval from your /provider/leads inbox.

Questions

Things shops ask before applying.

  • Is there a contract?

    No. The Standard home zip is free and unlimited in time. Priority and Exclusive subscriptions are month-to-month, cancel any time, prorated through your billing period.

  • What if I want to switch tiers later?

    Right from your provider dashboard. Move individual zips up or down between Standard, Priority, and Exclusive. Stripe handles the proration automatically.

  • How is Exclusive enforced?

    At the database level — exactly one provider can hold the Exclusive slot for a given (service, zip) pair. If you've claimed Exclusive on detailing in zip 28677, no other detailer in that zip will receive a SleekRide-routed lead.

  • What if multiple Priority providers exist for the same zip?

    We round-robin leads among them, with capacity-aware load balancing. Priority providers always get first crack ahead of Standard providers in that zip.

  • Can I change my home zip?

    Yes, from settings. The new home zip becomes free; the old one becomes a billable Standard zip if you want to keep coverage there. If you don't, drop it in one click.

  • Who pays for damage to a customer's vehicle?

    You do, through your insurance. SleekRide isn't a liability shield — it's a routing platform. That's why we verify your insurance during vetting.

  • Can I set my own prices?

    Customer-facing prices are set by SleekRide so the customer experience stays consistent. You can decline any individual job that doesn't pencil out for you within the accept window.

  • What happens if I can't take a job?

    Decline within the accept window (default 2 hours). The lead cascades to the next provider in the routing order. No penalty unless you decline most leads — at which point we'd want a conversation, not a fee.

  • Does the 2-hour accept window apply to insurance leads?

    No. Insurance uses a 24-hour tier round instead. Exclusive gets the lead solo for 24 hours; if unsold, Priority gets it (all Priority brokers in that zip get it simultaneously) for 24 hours; if still unsold, Standard for 24 hours; finally Crossroads. Your lead fund is charged at delivery regardless of whether you submit a quote.

  • Do insurance brokers pay the 10%/15% platform fee?

    No. Insurance brokers pay per-lead from a prepaid wallet ($15/$20/$25 placeholder by tier) and keep 100% of carrier commissions on any policies they bind. The platform fee applies only to booking services (detailing/ceramic/headlight/upholstery/rentals).
