Sleek Ride

Terms of service.

Effective April 15, 2026

Draft — pending attorney review.

This page is a plain-English starter draft. Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC hasn’t cleared it with counsel yet. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Before any binding transaction (purchase, insurance policy, service agreement), this page will be finalized by a licensed attorney.

The 60-second summary

These terms are the rules of the road for using Sleek Ride. Here’s the short version:

  • You must be at least 18 to use Sleek Ride.
  • When you book a service, a partner shop does the work. When you submit an insurance inquiry, a licensed partner agency works up your quote. We coordinate and stand behind the experience.
  • Don’t misuse the site (no scraping, no impersonation, no breaking the law with it).
  • If we have a dispute we can’t sort out between us, we agree to settle it in individual arbitration rather than a class-action lawsuit. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days — details in section 11.
  • These terms are governed by North Carolina law.

The rest of this page is the longer version. By using the site, you’re agreeing to it.

Who we are and what this is

Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC (“Sleek Ride,” “we,” “us”) is a North Carolina limited liability company, headquartered in Statesville, NC. We operate this website and the consumer-facing services available through it (the “Service”).

The Service helps you book auto-related services from vetted partner shops, request rentals through partner platforms, and request insurance quotes from licensed partner agencies. Sleek Ride is not itself an auto shop, a rental company, or a licensed insurance producer. The details of how we work with our partners are in section 4 below, and the insurance-specific details are on the insurance disclosure page.

Use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy. Take a minute with it — it’s short.

Who can use Sleek Ride

To use Sleek Ride, you need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract where you live.

If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business, you’re telling us you have the authority to bind that business to these terms, and “you” in this document means both you personally and that business.

Some features may have additional eligibility requirements (for example, a valid driver’s license for rentals, or residency in a state where we’re licensed for insurance). We’ll flag those requirements where they apply.

How the service works

Service bookings

When you book a detailing, ceramic-coating, headlight-restoration, or upholstery job through Sleek Ride, a vetted partner shop performs the actual work. We coordinate the booking, take payment (once payments go live — see section 5), and stand behind the experience. If a job goes sideways, tell us and we’ll make it right.

Insurance inquiries

When you submit an insurance inquiry, we pass your information to Crossroads Insurance Agency and — as our partner network grows — to additional licensed partner agencies in your state. Those agencies, not Sleek Ride, quote the policy, underwrite the risk, and ultimately decide whether to write coverage. The full mechanics of how this works (and how Sleek Ride makes money on it) are on the insurance disclosure page.

Rentals

Vehicle rentals surfaced through Sleek Ride are currently fulfilled through the Turo host platform. When you click through to rent, you’re entering into a separate agreement with Turo and the vehicle host under Turo’s terms. Sleek Ride is not a party to that rental agreement.

Accounts (when they arrive)

Account features (sign-in, saved vehicles, booking history) aren’t live yet. When they are, you’ll be responsible for keeping your login credentials secret, and you’ll be on the hook for activity under your account. We’ll update these terms before enabling account sign-up.

Payments, prices, and cancellations

Payments aren’t live yet on this site. When they are (Stripe is our planned processor), you’ll see the full price before you confirm a booking, and we’ll add a short section here covering authorization holds, refunds, tips, taxes, and cancellation windows for each service. Until then, all prices shown on service pages are starting points and you’ll be quoted a firm number before anything is charged.

For upholstery jobs, the displayed “from $X” numbers are starting prices from our partner shop. The actual quote for your specific job comes back after you submit photos and a description.

Things you can’t do

Don’t use Sleek Ride to do any of the following. It risks your ability to use the Service and potentially gets us both in trouble.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information — whether to book a job, get an insurance quote, or open an account.
  • Impersonate anyone else, including pretending to be a Sleek Ride employee or partner.
  • Use the Service to commit insurance fraud, vehicle fraud, or any other crime.
  • Scrape, mirror, or resell the site or its data, or try to build a competing product with content lifted from here.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the site’s security for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Upload malware, spam, or anything that would interfere with how the Service runs.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Sleek Ride staff, partners, or other users.
  • Violate any law that applies to you (federal, state, or local).

If we think you’ve done any of the above, we can suspend or terminate your access without notice.

Content you give us

The content you submit through the Service — contact messages, service requests, insurance details, upholstery job photos when that lands, etc. — stays yours. You grant Sleek Ride a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content for the purpose of delivering the Service: routing it to the relevant partner, responding to you, processing your booking, and meeting our legal and record-keeping obligations.

If you leave us a public testimonial or review that we feature on the site, you’re giving us permission to display it, with attribution to the first name you provide us. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

You’re responsible for what you submit. Don’t send us anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t submit content that infringes someone else’s rights, is defamatory, or is otherwise illegal.

Third-party links and services

Sleek Ride links to and integrates with third-party services — Turo for rentals, Mapbox for maps, Crossroads Insurance Agency and other partner agencies for insurance quotes, our partner auto shops for service delivery, and the behind-the-scenes vendors listed in our privacy policy.

When you click a link to a third-party service or enter into a transaction with one of them (a rental with a Turo host, a policy with an insurance carrier, a job with a partner shop), that relationship is between you and them under their terms. We’re not responsible for the behavior, content, pricing, or policies of third parties. We do, however, care about the partners we pick — if something’s off, tell us.

What we own

The Sleek Ride name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and software are owned by Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you don’t get any ownership rights in it.

Our logo and brand assets are off-limits for your own use without written permission from us. If you want to feature Sleek Ride somewhere (press, a partner integration, a blog post), email us and we’ll almost always say yes and send you the right files.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided “as is”

We work hard to make Sleek Ride reliable, accurate, and useful. But we’re providing the site and the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, or that any specific insurance quote, booking, or service outcome will be available or acceptable to you.

Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sleek Ride and its owners, employees, and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we’ve been told those damages might happen.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Sleek Ride in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00). Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

You’ll cover us if you cause the problem

You agree to indemnify and hold Sleek Ride harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.

Disputes, arbitration, and class-action waiver

Read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Try to sort it out with us first

If you’ve got a dispute with Sleek Ride, please email us at hello@sleekride.com with a clear description of the problem and what you want us to do. We’ll work with you in good faith for 30 days to resolve it. Most things get fixed at this stage.

Binding individual arbitration

If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, you and Sleek Ride agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court, with these exceptions:

  • Either of us can still bring an individual claim in small-claims court, as long as the dispute stays there.
  • Either of us can seek an injunction or similar relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or stop a party from misusing confidential information.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. The arbitrator — not any court — has exclusive authority to resolve any disputes about arbitrability, including whether a claim is subject to arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Iredell County, North Carolina, or remotely at your request.

Class-action waiver

You and Sleek Ride agree that claims will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

30-day opt-out

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement (including the class-action waiver). To opt out, send us a written notice — by email to hello@sleekride.com with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out,” or by mail to the address at the bottom of this page — within 30 days of the date you first use the Service or create an account, whichever is earlier. The notice needs to include your full name, your mailing address, and a clear statement that you do not agree to arbitration. If you opt out under this paragraph, the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver won’t apply to you, but the rest of these terms will.

If part of this section can’t be enforced

If any part of this disputes section is held to be unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect — except that if the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire disputes section is null and void, and disputes will be resolved in court under the governing-law section below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any disputes that end up in court (after any applicable arbitration opt-out or because arbitration isn’t available), the exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Iredell County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we’ll post the updated terms here, bump the effective date at the top, and notify you the next time you interact with the Service. Continuing to use Sleek Ride after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using the Service.

You can stop using Sleek Ride at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access — immediately and without notice — if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these terms, broken the law, or put the Service or other users at risk. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, governing law) will.
