Cancellation & refund policy.

Plain rules, no fine-print ambush. We charge a small flat fee for late cancellations to cover the blocked slot. Everything else comes back to your card.

The fees

Every SleekRide appointment you pay for up front falls under this policy the moment you book. We apply the cancellation fee based on the time your cancellation is received relative to your scheduled start time. Whatever's left after the fee comes back to the card you paid with.

  • NO FEE

    More than 24 hours before your appointment

  • $30 FEE

    2 to 24 hours before your appointment

  • $50 FEE

    Less than 2 hours before, or after your appointment has started

Fee is capped at what you paid. If your booking total was less than the fee, we simply keep the booking total — no negative refund.

How refunds reach you

Refunds process through Stripe immediately and usually land back on your card in 5 to 10 business days — the exact timing is set by your card issuer, not us. We'll email you a confirmation the moment the refund is initiated.

You can always cancel

Even if the fee eats your whole refund, you can still cancel. Cancelling frees the slot for someone else and lets your provider reallocate their day. We'll take the cancel, no guilt trip.

Rescheduling is free

If you want to move your appointment instead of cancelling, there's no fee — as long as the new window is at least 24 hours from now. Use the Reschedule button on your appointment page to pick a new time.
