Sleek Ride Insurance

Insurance disclosure.

Effective April 15, 2026

Draft — pending attorney review.

This page is a plain-English starter draft. Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC hasn’t cleared it with counsel yet. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Before any binding transaction (purchase, insurance policy, service agreement), this page will be finalized by a licensed attorney.

The 60-second summary

  • Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC is not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or producer. We don’t sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies.
  • When you ask us for a quote, we route your information to a licensed partner agency — currently Crossroads Insurance Agency, LLC, with more partner agencies joining over time.
  • Those partner agencies do the actual licensed work (quoting, underwriting, binding, servicing). They are the “producer of record” on any policy you buy.
  • We get paid by our partners when a lead we send results in a policy — but only as a referral fee or lead fee. We do not share in commissions, because most states don’t allow unlicensed entities to do that.
  • Rates, coverage, and eligibility decisions are made by the carrier and the partner agency, not by us.

The rest of this page is the long version.

What Sleek Ride is (and isn’t)

Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC (“Sleek Ride,” “we,” “us”) is a North Carolina limited liability company that runs an online service connecting consumers with licensed auto-service and insurance providers.

For insurance specifically, Sleek Ride is a marketing and lead-referral platform. We collect the information you submit through our insurance inquiry forms and route it to one or more licensed partner agencies. We are not an insurance company, agency, broker, or producer, and no information or content on this site should be read as insurance advice, a binding quote, or an offer to sell insurance.

Whether Sleek Ride Solutions itself is required to hold any kind of license in your state to operate as an insurance lead generator is a question we’re working through with counsel. We’ll update this page if and when a license is obtained.

How insurance inquiries work

Here’s what actually happens, step by step:

  1. You submit an insurance inquiry on our site or through one of our intake flows. That includes some or all of your name, contact information, zip code, state, vehicle or property details, and a description of what you’re looking for.
  2. We pass that information to one of our partner agencies. Today that means Crossroads Insurance Agency, LLC. As we add additional licensed partner agencies, we route based on your state and the type of coverage you’re asking about — not based on which partner pays us more.
  3. The partner agency’s licensed producers do the regulated work. They shop carriers, pull quotes, discuss coverage options with you, and — if you choose to move forward — bind and service the policy.
  4. Any policy you buy is between you, the partner agency, and the carrier. Sleek Ride is not a party to that transaction.

A “quote” presented on the site or emailed to you is an informational estimate, not a binding offer of insurance. Final rates, eligibility, and terms depend on carrier underwriting and can change.

Our partner agencies

At the effective date above, inquiries go to:

  • Crossroads Insurance Agency, LLC — a licensed independent insurance agency operating in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

We’re building out a network of additional licensed partner agencies across more states. As partners come online, we’ll update this page. You can always ask us which agency received your inquiry — email hello@sleekride.com and we’ll tell you.

How we get paid

We want to be straight about this because it’s how the lights stay on.

When a lead we route to a partner agency results in a bound policy, that agency may pay Sleek Ride a referral fee or a flat lead fee. That payment flows from the agency to us. It is paid out of the agency’s own revenue, not added on top of your premium.

Sleek Ride does not share in commissions. The laws of most states — including North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia — prohibit unlicensed entities from sharing in the commission earned by a licensed insurance producer. We honor that prohibition. Our compensation is structured as marketing/referral payments only, and our partner agreements reflect that.

Receiving compensation for leads is a material connection we disclose up front so you understand our incentives. The partner agency and the carrier make the actual coverage and rating decisions, independent of our fee arrangement.

Coverage, claims, and policy questions

Sleek Ride can’t answer coverage questions or claims questions. We’re not licensed to, and pretending otherwise would be both unhelpful and against the law.

For anything policy-related — what’s covered, what isn’t, limits, deductibles, filings, cancellation, claims — talk to the partner agency named on your policy documents, or to the carrier directly. They are the licensed professionals who can help.

Your rights and how to opt out

You can, at any time:

  • Ask us to stop routing your information to partner agencies going forward.
  • Ask us what information we have on file about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw consent to future contact by email, phone, or text (for Sleek Ride — withdraw from partner agencies directly with them).
  • Exercise any state-privacy right available to you. More on that in our privacy policy.

The fastest way to exercise any of these is to email hello@sleekride.com with what you’re asking for. We’ll respond within 30 days, or sooner when the law requires it.
